Bardia National Park – 3 night 4 days Jungle Safari

Royal Bengal tiger in Nepal

Bardia National Park is home to endangered animal species such as the Royal Bengal tiger, wild elephant, greater 1-horned rhinoceros, swamp deer, black duck, and many others. An elephant ride is the perfect way to set out on wildlife viewing, as it is possible to venture off the main trail.

What makes a visit to Nepal’s Bardia National Park particularly special is the presence of one of the last known herds of wild elephants in South Asia. The herd, numbering less than 2 dozen, roams this remote jungle area of western Nepal.

Highlights:
Visit an ethnic Tharu village and learn about their customs and lifestyle
See the park’s wildlife on an elephant ride
Be on the lookout for Bengal tigers on a jeep drive through Bardia
