Day 01 :

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu, transfer to hotel in Thamel area.

When you arrive at Tribhuwant International airport in Kathmandu, our team member will be there to greet you. They will take you to your hotel in the Thamel area. You can get some rest and get ready for our exciting jeep tour starting soon.

Day 02 :

Day 2: Guided Kathmandu Tour and late afternoon flight to Pokhara.

After breakfast, you’ll go on a tour of Kathmandu with a guide. You’ll visit important places like Kathmandu Durbar Square, Swayambhunath Stupa (also called Monkey Temple), Boudhanath Stupa and Pashupatinath Temple. In the late afternoon, you’ll take a scenic flight to Pokhara, where you can see the beautiful Himalayas and Phewa lake.

Day 03 :

Day 3: Pokhara to Jomsom (2,743 meters / 8,999 feet elevation) – Approx. 6 hours drive.

Today, your journey to the Upper Mustang region begins. You’ll drive to Jomsom, a pretty town located at an altitude of 2,743 meters. The drive takes about 6 hours, and you’ll see stunning views of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri mountains.

Day 4: Jomsom to Ghami (3,510 meters / 11,516 feet elevation) – Approx. 5 hours drive.

You’ll leave Jomsom and drive to Ghami, a charming village with a rich history and unique culture. The drive takes around 5 hours, and you’ll pass through beautiful landscapes, ancient monasteries, and traditional villages.

Day 5: Ghami to Lo-Mangthang (3,840 meters / 12,598 feet elevation) – Approx. 4.5 hours drive.

Today’s drive takes you to the ancient walled city of Lo-Manthang, which is the capital of Upper Mustang. The journey lasts about 4.5 hours and you’ll pass through rocky cliffs, barley fields, and buildings with a Tibetan influence.

Day 6: Exploration day in Lo-Manthang

You’ll have a whole day to explore the hidden treasures of Lo-Manthang. You can visit the King’s Palace, ancient monasteries like Jampa Lhakhang and Thubchen Gompa, and experience the unique culture of the region. The views of the Nilgiri, Tilicho, and Annapurna mountains are breathtaking.

Day 7: Lo-Mangthang to Chhusang (3,040 meters / 9,974 feet elevation) – Approx. 5 hours drive.

As you say goodbye to Lo-Manthang, you’ll start driving back to Chhusang. The journey takes about 5 hours and offers scenic landscapes, deep gorges, and picturesque villages.

Day 8: Chhusang – Muktinath (3,762 meters / 12,342 feet) – Tatopani (1,190 meters / 3,904 feet) – Approx. 6 hours drive.

Today, you’ll head to Muktinath, a sacred site for Hindus and Buddhists. You can explore the religious significance of the area and then continue driving to Tatopani, known for its natural hot springs. The drive takes approximately 6 hours and you’ll see diverse terrains along the way.

Day 9: Tatopani – Pokhara – Approx. 4 hours drive, free time in Pokhara.

After a relaxing morning dip in the natural hot springs of Tatopani, you’ll continue your journey back to Pokhara. The 4-hour drive will take you through beautiful landscapes and rural villages. Once in Pokhara, you’ll have free time to relax and explore the lakeside area.

Day 10: Fly back to Kathmandu in the morning. Rest or explore Kathmandu on your own.

In the morning, you’ll take a short flight back to Kathmandu. Once you are in Kathmandu, you can rest or explore the city on your own. You might want to visit some souvenir shops or try delicious Nepali cuisine.
