After you have made a reservation for  Kathmandu Everest Flight, one of our tour coordinators will contact you to gather your personal information, including your passport details and hotel accommodations.

On the day of the mountain flight, a driver will pick you up from your hotel in Kathmandu and transport you to Tribhuvan International Airport.

While you enjoy the flight, the driver will be waiting for you, and after the flight, they will drop you off back at your hotel.

If your flight is cancelled, you have the option to reschedule it for the following day or receive a refund with a transportation charge deduction of USD 20.

It should be noted that the airport transfer is non-refundable, so there is an additional USD 20 charge if you choose to reschedule for the next day, or if you cancel, we will deduct USD 20 from your payment and return the remainder.

What is the cancellation policy if I need to cancel my reservation after payment?

If you cancel the tour between 14 to 1 day before the start date, you will receive an 80% refund. There is no refund if you cancel within 24 hours before the flight.
