Rajendra Sapkota’s love for Nepal’s natural beauty and diverse culture began long before he founded Mosaic Adventure. Growing up in a traditional Nepalese home, he learned the values of hospitality and respect for guests early in life. These principles remain at the heart of his business philosophy today.
Rajendra started his career in tourism from the ground up, first working as a porter and later as a guide. This hands-on experience gave him a deep understanding of Nepal’s trekking routes and a true appreciation of what makes a journey memorable for travelers. After partnering with another company and realizing that their service standards did not reflect his vision, he joined with his colleague, Madhav Prasad, to establish Mosaic Adventure. Their shared goal was to create a company that always puts quality service and client satisfaction first.
As CEO, Rajendra continues to lead with dedication and active involvement. He has extensive trekking knowledge, has traveled widely, and has represented the tourism industry as a board member of TAAN. Under his leadership, Mosaic Adventure focuses on offering affordable and well-designed tour packages while ensuring that every client feels safe, comfortable, and fully enjoys their experience in Nepal. Rajendra strongly believes that the real strength of any company lies in the trust and positive feedback of its clients, and he has built Mosaic Adventure on that foundation.
